Classic Cruiser

This is our first naturally leavened bread. Sometimes called a sourdough, this is how bread was always made until commercial yeast production began in the late 19thcentury. Named for that bike of yours with the basket on the front that never goes too fast but always gets the job done, the Classic Cruiser is the all purpose bread that always fits the bill in a most delicious way.

Naturally leavened with a hint of wheat and a dark rich crust

  • unbleached bread flour
  • water
  • wheat flour
  • salt
