Lots of things are happening in the final sprint before we start up production again. We even have kitchen equipment scheduled for installation this week! Woohooooo! Thanks again to all the folks who showed up to help us paint! It really put the “CS” in our CSB (Community Supported Bakery).
We have our eyes set on being at the Midtown Farmer’s Market the first weekend of May. If all goes well (fingers crossed), we even hope to be back on the bikes delivering shortly thereafter.
